During the 54 years of annexed West Papua into the Republic of Indonesia since May 1, 1963, Murder Repression annihilation Ras melanesia in West Papua systematically, massive and structured by the state on this land. West Papua People do not have the space to express their opinions Democracy freely or express the desire within their conscience. Political rights continue to be silenced, the economy continued curui rights, the rights of natural resources has continued to diexplorsi, deprived of their customary land rights and the right to continue to live constrained by force using a tool of the state, with stikmanisai OPM, GPK Separatists and KKB. There is no room for the people of West Papua, to live freely enjoy abundant wealth in this land.
All forms and Indonesian colonial ploy to obstruct the liberation struggle of West Papua is part of Indonesia and the strengthening of colonial occupation as a form of neo-colonialism practice is in progress on the ground in Papua. The people of West Papua have to reject any offer of Indonesia's development policies in West Papua which is full of engineering, that there will never be successful development of Indonesia in West Papua for the right of self-determination has not been done. Therefore, the people of West Papua have their own concept of development ideology in West Papua-Melanesian perspective. Therefore, the people of West Papua Joko Widodo urged the Government to halt the policy of colonialism and capitalism in the territory of West Papua.

Support and solidarity of the international community to the struggle of the people of Papua to come out of oppression and colonial colonialism Indonesia is now a serious concern by the international community. Awareness brothers / sisters in Melanesia more specifically and in general Countries in the Pacific region has been understood for human rights violations in West Papua. It has been proven with the issue of West Papua's set to be one of the agenda of the four main agenda to be discussed in the forum of the Pacific Island Forum (PIF) on 7 to 11 September 2015 in Port Moresby PNG. There are 3 west Papua issue in the agenda of a meeting the committee submitted by the secretary general of PIF are:
1. The issue of human rights violations in West Papua
2. Team or fact-finding mission to Papua to see the real situation
3. Encouraging and lift ISU Self Determination (the right of self-determination for the people of West Papua to Decolonization
For that we Governing Body KNPB Indonesian Consulate Middle (Media People) Invite to solidarity OUR father, mother, brothers, sisters, both activist students, activists Papuan independence, All Components of the West Papuan people to participate took part in a peaceful demonstration in the Framework of Support Discussion Papua issue in the Forum Summit KTT- Pacific Island Forum (PIF) in Port Moresby PNG on August 7 - 11 September 2015.
